Return & Refund Policy

At KURO, every piece is crafted and inspected with care. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our return and refund policy below:

  • Return Notification

    • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the parcel if they wish to request a return.

    • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


  • Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the clothing tag still intact.

    • Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer.

    • Size or fit issues are not accepted as reasons for return, as all measurements and sizing details are clearly stated on our website.

  • Quality Check & Colour Disclaimer

    • We thoroughly check and quality-control each parcel before shipping to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.

    • Please note that slight colour differences due to lighting, screen display, or fabric characteristics are not considered valid grounds for return.

  • Refund Process

    • To start a return, you can contact us at kuroclothing.online@gmail.com.

    • Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    • Approved refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7–14 working days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kuroclothing.online@gmail.com.


  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

    • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like crochet products or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • European Union 14 day cooling off period

    • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
