Does KURO design their items on website?

Yes. All KURO designs shown online are thoughtfully created by our in-house team.

Our collections include both original in-house designs and handmade crochet pieces, all developed under KURO’s creative direction—from concept and design to material selection and finishing. This ensures every piece reflects our signature aesthetic, quality standards, and brand values.
Are handmade items exactly the same as shown in photos?

Each handmade piece is individually crafted, so slight variations in stitch, shape, or size are natural. These differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade work.
Are the handmade items ready in stock?

Yes! KURO has prepared in-stock handmade garments and ready to be shipped once order is placed.
How do I care for my handmade item?

We recommend gentle hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or wring. Lay flat to dry and store folded to maintain shape.
Are handmade items refundable or exchangeable?

Due to the nature of handmade production, handmade items are non-refundable. Exchanges may be considered for manufacturing defects only. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Meanwhile, for handmade items with thin single shoulder straps (such as Leilani or Marie Crop Top), KURO offers complimentary repair service for shoulder straps only. Applicable only within 1 month from date of purchase. Buyers are welcome to contact customer service for more guidance.
