Purchase & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Confirmation

   • Once payment is made, your order will be processed immediately.

2. Cancellation Window

   • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.

   • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as your order would have entered the processing or production stage.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

   • Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be refunded via the original payment method.

   • Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Important Notes

   • We encourage customers to review product details, sizing, and measurements carefully before placing an order.

   • As a design brand, we handle each order with care, and once processing begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
